YMCA Summer Camp at GlenOak
Plain Local Schools is proud to partner with the YMCA of Central Stark County to offer families a Summer Day Camp option close to home at GlenOak High School. The camp will run June 1 through August 13, 2026, with camp activities from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and extended Adventure Hours available Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm. Designed for students entering Kindergarten through grade 8, the YMCA program focuses on keeping kids active, engaged, and outdoors while building friendships and leadership skills.
A special feature of this camp allows Plain Local students to participate in Plain Local summer academic, enrichment, or sports programming during the same day while remaining on the GlenOak community campus. Weekly camp rates are $210 for YMCA members and $240 for program participants, and registration is completed by the week.
